Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Momentum purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.


How to Return an Item

  1. Prepare Your Package
    Place the items you wish to return back in their original packaging or a secure parcel. Include your order confirmation or packing slip in the package to help us process your return efficiently.

  2. Ship to Our Returns Center
    Send your return to the following address:

  3. Return Shipping Costs
    Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product. For international returns, please use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.


Processing Your Return

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned items. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Please note that refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item for exchange is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund instead.
