All Momentum orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in The Netherlands, ensuring fast and reliable delivery worldwide. Shipping times begin as soon as the package is picked up from our warehouse, with tracking available for every shipment.

For fast, reliable service, we offer DHL Express shipping calculated at checkout and free for orders above €180. Expected delivery is 2-3 working days globally.


Shipping Details

  • Order Processing: Orders ship within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders placed before 15:00 in the Netherlands are dispatched the same day, while orders placed after this time or over the weekend ship the next business day.
  • Tracking: All shipments include tracking. For orders sent via DHL Global Mail, tracking begins once the package reaches Germany, typically 1-2 days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: Shipping times begin once the order reaches Germany, with tracking available thereafter.
  • Changes/Cancellations: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they’ve been shipped. For assistance, contact us at support@momentumclo.com.

Additional Information

  • Customs & Import Fees: Momentum is not responsible for any customs or import fees. Please check your country’s regulations for any applicable additional charges.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order. Momentum is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses or left with neighbors or outside your home.
  • Lost or Late Orders: If an order is missing or lost, contact us at support@momentumclo.com within 20 working days (NL, Belgium, and Germany) or 30 working days (international orders). Refunds or replacements are provided only after the courier confirms a lost parcel.

Tracking Shows Delivered, But I Haven’t Received It
If your order status indicates delivery but you haven’t received it, especially to workplaces, it may have been delivered to a colleague or another department. You can request a proof of delivery certificate from the courier. Please note that we cannot refund orders marked as delivered, so we recommend shipping to a secure address.

Order Cancellation Due to Fraud Filters
In some cases, orders may be canceled by our fraud filters. If this happens, it may be due to discrepancies between billing and shipping addresses or multiple payment attempts. If your order was canceled in error, please reach out to us at support@momentumwear.com.
